Shipping Claims & Lost or Damaged Packages
Reporting Damaged Items:
Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please email selene.pbb25@gmail.com clear photographs of the damaged products and packaging to us, so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. Your cooperation is required throughout the claim process with us and USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Lost Shipments:
Orders shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS Priority Mail will be considered lost if they have not arrived within 12 business days. If tracking or delivery confirmation indicates the package was delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local postal carrier to investigate the delivery.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages:
We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or for orders not retrieved by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges. Additionally, a $10 address correction surcharge may apply if we are billed due to address errors.
Delivery Delays:
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, FedEx, or UPS or other shipping providers. Refunds will not be issued for delayed deliveries—no exceptions will be made to this policy.

All shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
