Refund policy
Due to the inherently delicate nature of our natural products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Once a package has been dispatched, we relinquish control over its handling and delivery. Therefore, replacements will only be issued in the event of damage or loss provided the shipment was insured at the time of purchase.
If you believe your package has been compromised during shipment, we kindly ask that you contact us at selene.pbb25@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. When reaching out, please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of any damage to the package or its contents. Our team will review your case promptly and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
